New London Police Dept.'s swift response

I would like to acknowledge, once again, the officers of the City of New London Police Department. Your response time to an emergency is amazingly fast, as witnessed June 20 in the incident that unfolded in front of our house, a naked man (the second in less than two weeks) kneeling and moaning and hollering in the street in desperate straits. Your courage and loyalty to protect and serve is much appreciated by homeowners all over the city.
