Salem — The Salem Land Trust will host a cleanup work party at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Smuggler’s Rock Preserve.

Volunteers Rich Chyinski and Tony Griggs will bring chain saws; all other volunteers are asked to bring gloves and loppers if they have them.

Those who plan to volunteer should contact Griggs at ajgriggs@comcast.net. He will provide parking information and keep participants up to date in case of inclement weather.
