Norwich Democratic candidates to hold meet-and-greet sessions

Norwich — The Democratic Town Committee will host three candidate meet-and-greet sessions at different locations during the next two weeks for endorsed candidates running for City Council, Board of Education and city treasurer.

Sessions will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at the VFW Post 594, 30 Connecticut Ave. in the Stanley Israelite Norwich Business Park, from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 248 Broadway, and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 35 Convent Ave., Greeneville.

Sessions are free with an open format to discuss city issues.
