Waterford — Four-year-old Teagan Arbour got a little help from his dad, Eric, throwing a pie at Quaker Hill Elementary School Principal Chris Discordia as he braves the pie-throwing booth during Waterford's annual Harvest Day at Waterford Town Beach Saturday.
