Seal coating of several Montville roads will cause delays Wednesday, Thursday

Montville — Parts of seven roads, including Old Colchester and Chesterfield roads, could be limited to one lane between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday this week while the town’s Public Works Department applies seal coating on the road surface.

The department will be working on Wednesday and Thursday morning on Ridge Hill Road, Turner Road, Fellows Road, Williams Road and Cherry Lane.

They also will be closing one lane of Old Colchester Road between the Oxoboxo Lake Bridge and Forsyth Road, and Chesterfield Road between Old Colchester Road and Route 163.
