Preston — About 14 homes lost power about 7:45 p.m. Wednesday after a bus traveling on Route 2 drove into some downed power lines, state police said.

Eversource crews were on the scene at about 8:15 making repairs, said Shawn Johnston, spokesman for the utility company.

It is unclear whether there were any injuries.
