Lisa Crowley, of New London, and a group of friends and family of Chris Nelson, work on repainting the street mural of Nelson located at the intersection of Golden Street and Green Street in New London, Sunday, June 4, 2017. The mural was created by artist Denny Rivera in 2014 in memory of Nelson, a downtown New London resident, who passed away in 2013.
