Sprucing up the sign

Members of the Chief Petty Officers Association of Naval Submarine School in New London installed landscaping around a new LED sign paid for by the Montville High School Athletic Booster Association through fundraising efforts of more than $16,000. The volunteers installed a low wall and plants around the sign on June 17, using donated materials.
