State Sen. Somers to host food drive for Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center Tuesday

Stonington -- State Sen. Heather Somers, R-18th District, will team up with The Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center to host a food drive to benefit its food pantry which is “dangerously low” on food on Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Stop & Shop on Voluntown Road in Pawcatuck.

The center especially needs canned fruit, Spam, canned tuna in water, clam chowder and meat soups. Any donation is appreciated.
