Bill & Pat Silv's 50th wedding anniversary

Bill and Pat Silva, of Waterford, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends at Acorn Acres Campground.

Bill and Pat were married on April 24, 1965 in New London. Bill is retired from Northeast Utilities and Pat is employed by the Waterford school system.

Those in attendance included the couple's sons and grandchildren. Bill and Maureen Silva and their daughters Alexis and Felicia, Tim Silva, and his son Timothy and daughters Abigail and Samantha, Peter and Julie Silva and their son Carter.

Bill and Pat celebrated with a trip to the Bahamas on a Disney cruise.
