Seltzer-Dahmer engagement

Robert and Deborah Dahmer of Oakdale are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alicia Catherine, to Shane Seltzer.

Shane is the son of Brian Seltzer of Gales Ferry and Barbara Tiedeman of Bellevue, Neb.

Miss Dahmer is currently employed by Kelly Services and the Montville Youth Service Bureau.

Mr. Seltzer is currently eemployed by the Navy Exchange in New London.

An April 2017 wedding is planned.
