Montville — The Thames River Detachment of the Marine Corps League will be holding a business meeting at 7 p.m. on April 12 at the Veterans of Foreign War Post located on Raymond Hill Road.

The Marine Corps Ball and the detachment picnic will be addressed including possible future events.

Please note that a planning meeting will also be held at 6 p.m. the same night to address preparation for the state convention. If you are a Marine, FMF Corpsman or FMF Navy Chaplain and are interested in joining please join us at our detachment business meeting at 7 p.m. You may also join the detachment as an associate.
