Thames River Detachment to hold planning meeting Jan. 24

Niantic — The Thames River Detachment of the Marine Corps League will be holding a planning meeting at 7 p.m. on Jan. 24 at the American Legion Post located on 16 York Ave.

Planning for 2017 events will be discussed at the meeting. If you are a Marine, FMF Corpsman or FMF Navy Chaplain and are interested in joining our detachment please join us at our planning meetings or at our regular meetings at the Montville Veterans of Foreign Wars post, 91 Raymond Hill Road, at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.
