Shirley A. Black, 61, of 15 West Ave., No. 3, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon and third-degree assault.

CJ L. Wingate, 24, of 53 Oakwood Knoll was charged Sunday with four counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of disorderly conduct.

Jovie Kelly, 33, of 607 Norwich Ave., No. 329, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order.
