    Groton Town

    Katherine L. Istatia, 34, of 94 Broad St., New London, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Samantha Y. Johnson, 29, of 26 Silverbell Lane, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

    Melinda Day, 37, of 7 Kendall Road, Preston, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and reckless endangerment.

    Randy Valade, 35, of no certain address was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Laura A. Perkins, 29, of no certain address was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Laura Wrighten, 22, of 285 Montauk Ave. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Randy Duff, 44, of 65 Prentice St., was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation, and disorderly conduct.

    Luis Munoz, of 359 Central Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with misuse of vehicle marker plates, driving while his license was suspended and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Francisco Lobos Simian, 38, of 244 Franklin St., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Thulani Mkhwanazi, 25, of 54 Rope Ferry Road was charged Saturday with driving a motor vehicle without owner's permission.

    Matthew Tulba, 20, of 4 Sunniecrest Drive was charged Sunday with reckless driving and driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license.

    Alexander Cornish, 19, of 500 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

    Shiesha Small, 26, of 263 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Sunday with failure to illuminate rear plate and driving with a suspended license.
