    Ralph Naylor, 41, of Marietta, Ga., was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine.

    Trevor Carpenter, 30, of Chester was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Robert Brown, 49, of 33 Tilley St., Apt. 4, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Andrew Cook, 48, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, Apt 170, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Alberto N. Lamperelli Jr., 51, of 122 Williams Road, Lot 19, Oakdale, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Angela R. Lamperelli, 22, of 117 Norwood Ave. was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Jorge Caballero, 47, of 281 State St., Apt. 5E, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Juan Osorio, 23, of 33 Lee Ave. was charged Wednesday with following too close, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Tomar Gibson, 18, of 16 Franklin St. was charged Wednesday with carrying a pistol without a permit.

    Joseph Walmsley, 43, of 8 Traders Court was charged Tuesday with misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility, failure to drive right and failure to carry proper insurance.

    Alex Boulier, 23, of Plainfield was charged Thursday in Lisbon with breach of peace and fifth-degree larceny.

    Jesus Mejia, 28, of 3 Midway Oval, Groton, was charged Wednesday in Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license, failure to drive right and failure to carry proper insurance.

    Harold L. Northup, 39, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Lawanna Costello, 31, of 25 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and sixth-degree larceny.
