    Norwich police search for missing 16-year-old

    Norwich — City police issued a Silver Alert on Friday for a 16-year-old they described as an endangered runaway.

    Justin Gonzalez is described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds, according to a release. He had been missing since earlier in the day Friday.

    Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Norwich police at (860) 639-6620.
