Norwich police issue Silver Alert for missing 12-year-old girl

Norwich — Police issued a Silver Alert for 12-year-old Morgan Busby who was last seen Saturday.
Busby is described as a white female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing ripped jeans, a blue-stripe tank top and black sandals with glitter on them.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Norwich police at (860) 886-5561.
