Robert McIntear, 29, of 25 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and interfering/resisting arrest.

Reginald E. Green, 27, of 3 Burlake Road, Waterford, was charged on Friday with promoting prostitution and interfering with police.

Knowles, 28, of 28 Orchard St., Norwich, was charged Saturday on an arrest warrant stemming from a Dec. 31, 2016, incident with unlawful discharge of firearms, criminal use of a firearm or electronic defense weapon, criminal possession of a firearm or electronic defense weapon, second-degree assault and second-degree threatening.
