Justin Gillis, 20, of 408 North Stonington Road was charged Friday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance, failure to return a license or registration after a suspension and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Amanda Love, 30, of 5 Mago Blvd., Waterford, was charged Friday with reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, driving with a suspended license and interfering with an officer.

Montville

Gary J. Chokas, 55, of Manchester was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Alysia A. Godin, 24, of 24 Wild Rose Ave., Waterford, was charged Friday with failure to drive right, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of marijuana.

Antonya S. Lewis, 28, of 76 Hempstead St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Chiquita Brown, 32, of 61 Summit St., Norwich, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer.

Jeffrey T. Walz, 21, of 23 5th Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have headlights lit.

Joshua Hernandez-Cruz, 27, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and threatening.

Norwich

Danyale R. Ellis, 21, of 32 Hickory St. was charged Thursday with creating a public disturbance, trespassing on railroad property, interfering with police, two counts of criminal impersonation and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Forand, 47, of 191 Franklin St. was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal trespass.

Kaitlin B. Cedio, 21, of 51 Sacred Heart Drive, Groton, was charged Friday in Ledyard with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Matthew MacCracken, 22, of 117 Fort Shantok Road, Montville, was charged Thursday in Montville with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

Lloyd B. Maclachlan, 58, of Westbrook was charged Thursday in Groton with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Waterford

William Oates, 29, of 38 Hickory Lane was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Tyler Tonucci, 23, of 10 Pleasantview Road, Salem, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Jeremy Seidel, 36, of New Britain was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.
