    Groton Town

    Robert J. Ford, 41, of 125 Fairview Ave., was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear; he was also charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear.

    Felicia L. Neaton, 25, of 1339 7th Ave., Watervliet, N.Y., was charged Friday with second-degree strangulation, breach of peace and assault in the third degree.

    Cassandra J. Curry, 29, of 173 Route 12, Apt. 315, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Ricardo Ortiz, 43, of 15 Nob Hill Road No. 1512, New London, was charged Saturday with violation of a restraining order and second-degree harassment. He was also separately charged on the same day with violation of a protection order, second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment.

    Rich Edward, 55, of 760 Broad St. Ext., Waterford, was charged Saturday with first-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

    Janie Lynne Spera, 22, of 23 Rogers Hill Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive right.

    Yolanda S. Jordan, 39, of 1 Farnsworth St. No. 2, was charged Friday with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, failure to have a operator's license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Juanita Owens, 33, of 46 Squire St., was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Marie Sawrun, 38, of 7 Palmer Court, Cromwell, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and driving while using a cellphone.

    Autumn Bouchard, 24, of 15-17 Oak St., Willimantic, was charged Friday with first-degree forgery, illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft, criminal impersonation, four counts of sixth-degree larceny and three counts of criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.

    Bryon Vary, 18, of 5 Grove St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Vincent Jacquez, 33, of 29 Terrace Ave., Taftville, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

    Denis R. Sampeur, 35, of 192 Allen St. No. 324, New Britain, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol and evading responsibility after an accident on Route 117 near Thomas Road in Ledyard.

    Daniel Paul Cullen, 36, of 12 Forrestal Drive, Westerly, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Larry S. Miles, 61, of 121 Stephen Drive, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Gregory Thomas Arnold, 55, of 95 Georgewood Drive, Sommers, was charged Sunday with failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for a commercial registration and two counts of driving with a suspended license.

    Kenneth Flanders, 51, of 43 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order and violation of the conditions of release.

    Andrew Williams, 50, of 553 Mohegan Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Michael Plis, 33, of 21 Dimmock Road, was charged Saturday with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

    Bhaktawar Chouhan, 43, of 10 Lena Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Robert Hollander, 49, of 290 Colman St. New London, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a restraining order.
