Ramon Echevarria-Perez, 23, of New Haven, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a minor, interfering with a police officer, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Adonis Z. Cossia, 21, of 27 Beach St., Westerly, was charged Monday with third-degree strangulation, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a minor, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

Marcus Sullivan, 20, of 115 Woodland Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with third-degree robbery and fifth-degree larceny.

Ronald Sullivan, 24, of 174-2 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

Jessie Walker, 20, of 49 Viets St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with police.

Miguel Trochu-Cabrera, 19, of 77 N. Hawthorne, Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Jessica Hill, 21, of 282 Connecticut Blvd., Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Steven W. Grubb, 43, of 236 Music Vale Road, Salem, was charged Sunday in Essex with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry proper insurance and misuse of plates.
