    Groton City

    Raistlin P. Foret, 21, of 177 Nautilus Drive, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to carry proof of insurance.

    John J. Kinsley, 44, of 100 Valley Road, was charged Friday with unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    Montville

    Randell Spicer, 44, of 31 Dydo Drive, was charged Friday with failure to drive right, operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights illuminated.

    State police — Montville

    James Stolaronek, 25, of 88 Roath St., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Montville with carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Julian Lorenzo, 19, of 32 Laurel Drive, Oakdale, was charged Thursday in Montville with breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    John Sanipas, 31, of 21 Mechanic St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Jewett City with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and threatening.

    Frederick Payne, 37, of Moosup, was charged Friday in Jewett City with third-degree hindering prosecution and sixth-degree larceny.

    Brent Wiles, 57, of Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Jewett City with assault of a police officer, interfering with police and disorderly conduct.

    Stonington

    Samuel Sawyer, 45, of 10 Pine St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, risk of injury or impairing the morals of a minor and second-degree breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Shane Ebersole, 40, of 15 Way Road Salem, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Ashely Schmitt, 25, of 121 Post Road, Westerly, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    William Metzemacher, 18, of 277 Boston Post Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to carry proper insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with out a license and misuse of plates.
