    Groton City

    April Osgood, 39, of 300 Brandegee Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Jason E. Fischer, 29, of 54 Oslo St. was charged Friday with failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Rodney T. Morgan, 43, of 836 Hazelnut Hill Road was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dereck N. Gray, 18, of 355 Long Hill Road, Apt. 43, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Victoria Edmond, 28, of 355 Long Hill Road, Apt. 43, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Steven V. Williams, 28, of 179 Hunters Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and using an improper signal.

    Alison Burnett, 22, of 156 Garfield Ave., No. 5, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Brian Kniss, 38, of 54 11th St., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Thomas E. Mercer, 41, of Manchester was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Lee Brennan, 40, of 23 Ridgewood Ave., Waterford, was charged Thursday with evading the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license, unsafe passing and failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles about a change of address.

    Danny Robles, 24, of Bronx, N.Y., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Edwin R. Pagan, 33, of 50 Trumbull South Ave., Apt. 25, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Waterford

    Jennifer Hack, 29, of 34 Jay St., New London, was charged Friday with illegal use of a credit card and fourth-degree larceny.

    Sara Suscella, 30, of 59 Plants Dam Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with illegal use of a credit card and fourth-degree larceny.
