    Montville

    Tanisha Torres, 29, of 224 Maple Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    New London

    Maria Moreno, 37, of 31 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Darnicia Robinson, 23, of 7 Denison Ave. was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer and tampering with evidence.

    Geoffrey Wood, 30, of 28 Spicer Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with home invasion, first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

    John Rubino, 47, of 52 Thames St. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic-control signal.

    Norwich

    Melanie Powell, 24, of 478 Norwich Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary, second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Devin Walsh, 19, of 82 Summit St. was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Robert Fraijo, 40, of 15 Platt Ave. was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice.

    State Police - Montville

    Kenneth Bossio, 33, of 148 Norwich Westerly Road, North Stonington, was charged July 31 in Montville with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft and receipt of goods by illegal credit card use.

    Stonington

    Gretchen M. Dessaules, 38, of 599 Greenhaven Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Laurel Canova, 19, of 19 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Edward Davenport, 52, of 53 Hillside Road, Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended registration or license.
