    Kristofer York, 22, of 18 Lake Ave. was charged Monday with second-degree harassment.

    Kassey A. Dioquino, 28, of 34 Edison Drive was charged Monday with second-degree false statement and second-degree false report.

    Jonathan Goode, 47, of 803 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

    New London

    Amanda A. Murzyn, 24, of 62 Cutler St. Apt. 1, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Dorie A. Langlois, 47, of 40 Walden Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Richard Gallop, 42, of 55 Lester Road was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

    Gerald Simon, 39, of 57 Colman St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Shane A. Ebersole, 42, of 135 Way Road, Salem, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, engaging in a pursuit, driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, reckless driving and failure to submit to fingerprints.

    Dario Hernandez, 53, of 228 Williams St., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal trespass.

    Giani Velez, 19, of 96 Green St., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and a stop light violation.

    Norwich

    Everett E. Thayer, 34, of 17 Spruce St. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a minor.

    Waterford

    Richard Sylvia, 43, of 75 Olive St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have taillights illuminated.

    Ramon Rivera, 44, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have taillights illuminated and failure to carry proof of insurance.

    William Melendez, 31, of Colchester was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    John Walker, 53, of New Haven was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny.
