Maxwell Lebras, 29, of 260 Thames St. was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Keith Reynolds, 54, of 265 Thames St., Apt. A, was charged Saturday with possession of a dangerous weapon, second-degree assault, interfering with police and breach of peace.

Robert Mcdade, 37, of 10 7th Ave., Waterford, was charged Saurday with second-degree breach of peace.
