Luis Perez, 36, of 1A Route 2, Preston, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Teddy Owens, 45, of 36 Starr St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Scott Stewart, 22, of 68 Connecticut Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling too fast for conditions, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Vector L. Spencer, 26, of 15 Grand St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a traffic control signal.

Robert Laegel, 48, of no certain address was charged Monday with first-degree trespass.
