Donald McCann, 30, of Bedford, N.Y., was charged Thursday with 13 counts of second-degree forgery, criminal attempt to possess narcotics, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, obtaining drugs by fraud and criminal impersonation.

Danny Cano, 24, of Bedford, N.Y., was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit attempted possession of narcotics, conspiracy to obtain drugs by fraud and criminal attempt to commit possession of narcotics.

Norwich

David Phillips, 22, of 20 N. Cliff St. was charged Thursday with driving while his license is suspended and possession of marijuana.

Kyle Freehart, 24, of no certain address, was charged Friday with two counts of violation of probation.

Waterford

Shelby Chiangi, 19, of 23 Lewis St., Groton, was charged Thursday with third-degree identity theft, second-dgree forgery, credit card theft, illegal use of another person's credit card, receipt of money, goods, or services by illegal credit card use, unlawful possession of a personal ID device and conspiracy.

Kayla Palmer-Nobleza, 24, of 45 Division St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, receipt of money, goods, or services by illegal credit card use, unlawful possession of a personal ID device and conspiracy.

Danielle Blyden, 24, of 49 Union St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, receipt of money, goods, or services by illegal credit card use, unlawful possession of a personal ID device and conspiracy.
