Justin P. Barry, 30, of 227 W. Town St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jorge A. Rivera, 32, of 189 Maple St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court and three counts of violation of probation.
