Christopher M. Chapman, 22, of 33 Roberts Road, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.  

Richard M. Sousa, 66, of 359 Long Hill Road, Apt. 13, was charged Monday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Stacy E. Taylor, 43, of 19 Pearl St., Apt. 3, Clinton, was charged Nov. 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jane Holly, 46, of 1290 North Road, Apt. 12, was charged Nov. 30 with breach of peace.

Michael Jefferson, 37, of 11 Linden Ave., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have stop lamps or turn signals, failure to maintain minimum insurance requirements and driving an unregistered vehicle.
