Joel Gabrielson, 25, of 23 Friar Tuck Drive, Ledyard, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Noland Richter, 42, of Brooklyn, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Williams, 38, of 91 S. Second St., Taftville, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Douglas Monroe, 45, of New Haven, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unsafe backing, refusing to be fingerprinted and refusing to be photographed.

Gregory Gibson, 58, of 335 New London Road, Salem, was charged Dec. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

William Millspaugh, 59, of 77 College St., Old Saybrook, was charged Dec. 11 with second-degree breach of peace.

Vadim Mostavlyuk, 27, of 25 Willow St., Mystic, was charged Dec. 9 with driving with a suspended license.

Lynsey Rolfe, 27, of 1 Cherry St., was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
