Jorge Arriaga, 32, of 140 Plains Road, Apt. 16, Windham, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Victor M. Flores, 30, of 14 Oakland Court was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Kevin A. Laraia, 21, of 1920 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell and use of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa Powers, 46, of 169 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged Monday with violating probation.

Stephanie Reynolds, 31, of 14 Butler Court was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear.

Shannon Skidgel, 32, of 70 Aspinook Street, Griswold, was charged Monday with failure to display plates, driving without a license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to meet minimum insurance requirements and misuse of plates.
