James A. Fitzpatrick, 19, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court. 

Richard Sanchez Jr., 20, of 261 Laurel Drive was charged Wednesday with identity theft, fraudulent use of an ATM, illegal use of a credit card and fifth-degree larceny.

Samantha M. Edwards, 25, of 49 Cutler St., Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Foti, 46, of 73 Henry St., East Haven, was charged Tuesday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, improper parking and drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Warren Carlone, 41, of 221 West Road, Colchester, was charged Wednesday with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Wayne Hampton, 54, of Colchester was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Jennifer Cushing, 24, of 37 Nathan Hale Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.

James Radack, 50, of 4 Coggswell St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with failure to drive at a reasonable distance, evading responsibility and failure to insure a private motor vehicle.
