James Moore, 31, of 14 Inchcliff Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to grant right of way.

Justin Beeler, 26, of 19 Graham St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call and interfering with a police officer.
