Gleniqua Allena Dozier, 22, of New York City was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police.

State police - Montville

Dominic Dargan, 21, of 7 Mystic Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with risk of injury to a minor, interfering with police, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and assault on a public safety officer.

Alfred Lane, 25, of 15 Route 12, Preston, was charged Thursday in Preston with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Mariano Rolon-Rasado, 32, of 65 Federal St., New London, was charged Thursday with failure to obey a control signal and driving with suspended license.
