    Montville

    Brian Clancy, 49, of 17 Deer Run, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Kyle A. Jolly, 22, of 33 7th St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny.

    New London

    Jose Molina, 23, of 69 Riverview Ave., was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

    Rebecca Cloutier, 29, of 33 Courtland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance and cell phone violation.

    Adrian Reyes, 24, of 40 Oak St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

    Angelo Urso, 41, of 288 Shore Road, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with driving under suspension and failure to obey a traffic light.

    Mark Fisher, 39, of 212 Old Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card.

    Kamel Taylor, 25, of no certain address, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    Tyrone Santiago, 26, of 127 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Andrew Lemieux, 23, of 42 N. Chestnut St., Wauregan, was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree breach of peace.

    Romeyn T. Murphy, 43, of 117 Mount Pleasant St., was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Charles V. Bernadeau, 20, of 46 Crystal Ave. 46B, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Tracey Rodriguez, 26, of 56 Summer Woods Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Antavia Clark, 27, of 56 Sumit Woods Drive, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Douglas McEwen, 30, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Tuesday with illegal use of a credit card.

    Ryan G. Taylor, 38, of 180 Branch Hill Road, Preston, was charged Wednesday with criminal possession of a firearm and disorderly conduct.

    Mitchell C. Bryant, 52, of 239 Nautilus Dr., Apt. 224, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance, improper use of markers and failure to have tail lamps.

    Andrew T. Costa, 27, Worcester, Mass., was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher Collett, 26, of 55 Minor Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and tampering with evidence.

    Joneil Daley, 37, of 4 Louis Ave., Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with use of a cellphone while driving, driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps lit.

    Justin Ebersole, 30, of 26 West Pleasant St., was charged Tuesday with five counts of violation of probation.
