    East Lyme

    Evan C. Punsalan, 18, of 15 Oswegatchie Hills Road, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    A youthful offender, 17, of 112 Broad St., New London, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Montville

    Glenn Fleming, 53, of 51B Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with violating a restraining order.

    David K. An, 27, of New Britain, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Samuel Greene, 34, of 7 Leebrook Drive, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Joseph Tewksbury Jr., 25, of 12 Williams St., was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.

    Norwich

    Gerald Moseley III, 35, of 17 Autumn Way, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, having no front plate and speeding.

    Amanda Marceau, 26, of 32 South A St., Taftville, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny, third-degree forgery, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, criminal impersonation and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jessica Niewiarowski, 26, of 449 Rixton Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license, failure to illuminate a registration plate and first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Brent Johnston, 20, of 730 Beach Pond Road, Voluntown, was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jessy T. Harasyn, 22, of 1 Concord Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Albert S. Fontaine, 30, of Sprague, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Krystal N. Bradicich, 25, of Bradford, N.H., was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Sabree Fatah, 24, of 85 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault.
