    Ledyard

    David A. Robinette, 23, of 34 Hurlbutt Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday on a warrant with possession of an assault rifle, possession of weapons in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.

    New London

    Chrisma K. Gibson, 27, of 40 Greenway Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Elijah Williams, 23, of 63 Oakwood Knoll, Norwich, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a motorcycle license and failure to obey an officer's signal.

    Felix Perez, 37, of 24 Michael Road, Apt. C, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

    Robert F. Girard, 28, of 39 Moore Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

    James Ross, 32, of 33 Tilley St. was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

    Paul Kissinger, 57, of 94 Truman St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Anthony Anderson, 38, of 174 Jefferson Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Khalif C. Lowe, 25, of 35 D St., Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and second-degree threatening.

    State Police Troop E — Montville

    Noel Ashman, 26, of 12 Concord St., East Hartford, was charged Thursday in East Lyme with breach of peace, harassment and threatening.

    Tyler Tardiff, 27, of 31 Old Colony Road, Meriden, was charged Thursday in Griswold with possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Norwich

    Brian Mandesire, 40, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Waterford

    Dawn Kirby, 41, was charged Thursday with failure to display plates, misuse of plates, disobeying the signal of an officer, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.
