Dawn Marie Smith, 51, of 40 Woodside Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with failure to wear a seat belt, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Paul M. Harrington, 27, of 96 Main St., North Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to drive right.
