Kerry McQuay, 50, of 13 Fitch Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with assault on medical personnel and disorderly conduct.
State police - Montville
Coyrell Curtin, 36, of 43 Prentice St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.
