    Jose Osorio, 24, of 42 Tilley St., was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and improper signal.

    Henry Banks III, 29, of 106 Blinman St., was charged Monday with possession of hallucinogens and possession of hallucinogens with intent to sell.

    Rafael Vasquez, 29, of Hartford, was charged Monday with sale of narcotics, possession of marijuana, interfering with police, destruction of evidence and possession of narcotics.

    Joshua Jakubowski, 30, of 19 Jay St., was charged Monday with possession of crack cocaine.

    Patrick Kirkwood, 43, of 55 Colver St., was charged Monday with breach of peace and driving under suspension.

    Orlando Melendez, 24, of 48 Crystal Ave., was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Austin Atlas, 22, of 49 Union St., first floor, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Robert Bogue, 48, of 18 Stanton Ave., was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Joseph Cote, 43, of 177 Central Ave., was charged Monday with criminal attempt to possess marijuana and possession of marijuana.

    Rodney Gilliam, 43, of 16 Franklin St., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Lloyd Butler, 25, of 551 Main St., Norwich, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.

    Colton J. Lewis, 21, of 208 Pequotsepos Road Ext., Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.
