    Jessica Ortiz, 20, of 187 Broad St., Apt. 3, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Lynn Marie Yering, 42, of 4 Traders Court, Norwich, was charged Thursday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Lawrence Dorr, 36, of Canterbury, was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension.

    Xavier Vazquez, 20, of 187 Huntington St., D12, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving under suspension and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Brian Smith, 53, of 3 Quincy Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and third-degree trespass.

    Todd A. Smith, 44, of uncertain address, was charged Wednesday with possession of heroin and failure to keep narcotics in original container.

    Luis Cotto, 25, of 19 Summer St., was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to verify address for sex offender registry.

    Brian Trubia, 24, of 6 Broadway Ave., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana, failure to obey traffic signal, failure to have tail lamps and failure to have insurance.

    Gordan Lang, 31, of 45 Mohegan Ave., was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a street.

    Christopher Acevedo-Carire, 22, of 69 Blackhall St., was charged Wednesday with improper parking, driving under suspension, failure to renew registration and no insurance.

    Sarah Stuart, 20, of West Hartford, was charged Wednesday with accessory to first-degree criminal trespass and accessory to third-degree larceny.

    Elizabeth Grant, 23, of 496 Boswell Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

    Gerardo Pagan-Colon, 32, of Willimantic, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Matthew J. Briggs, 24, of Branford, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disregarding State Traffic Commission signs and markers, unnecessary noise and driving a motor vehicle with tinted windows.

    Matthew Payne, 24, 1 Chestnut Circle, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Lauren C. Groat, 18, 1179 Boston Post Road, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Clement Laurello, 43, of East Haven, was charged last Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Rodney Manning, 47, of 100 Ferry Road, was charged last Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Rene Rieves Jr., 24, of 46 Meeting House Lane, Ledyard, was charged last Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    James M. Merola, 19, of 37 King St., was charged last Wednesday with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and weapons in a motor vehicle.

    Robert E. Bailey, 52, of 1753 Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Wednesday with failure to register as a nonviolent sex offender.

    John W. Martell, 20, of Norwich, was charged Wednesday with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, breach of peace and public indecency.

    John Carl Johnson, 25, of 289 Browning Road, Bozrah, was charged Wednesday on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Richard E. Allen, 27, of Middletown, was charged Wednesday in Old Saybrook with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Armando Muniz, 31, of Bridgeport, was charged Sunday in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Eric J. Beidelman, 43, of 7 Central Ave., Niantic, was charged last Friday in Haddam with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry proper insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and violating emissions standards.
