    Groton Town

    Lori J. Milardo, 33, of 2 Friar Tuck Drive, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with criminal impersonation, use of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation or conditional discharge.

    Joseph L. Allyn, 19, of 23 Buttonwood Lane was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and passing on the right.

    New London

    Haadeeyah Umrani, 24, of 32 Hempstead St., Apt. A, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.

    Alisia Sapere, 31, of 48 Center St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and failure to carry minimum insurance.

    Anika Smith, 18, of 36 Nathan Hale St., Apt. D, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

    Aaron M. Champlain, 19, of 36 Nathan Hale St., Apt. D, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

    Robert Pendergast, 60, of 10 Georgiana St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Justin Webb, 19, of 4 Starlight Lane, North Stonington, was charged Thursday with violation of a restraining order, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Melissa Cornaqua, 38, of Middletown was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christopher T. Perry, 29, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Nathaniel Ward, 35, of 31 Bentley Ave. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

    Timothy Barile, 36, of 83 Flyers Drive was charged Thursday with impersonating a police officer and breach of peace.

    Tyrone Wiggins, 39, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gerald Patton, 32, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

    Michael Dorantes, 30, of Hartford Correctional Center was charged Friday with failure to maintain insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.

    Mariah S. Williams, 25, of 27 Allen Drive, Apt. D, was charged Friday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dustin D. Miller, 31, of 230 Shewville Road, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

    Kayle E. Snelgrove, 23, of 260 Shore Road, Old Lyme, was charged April 29 in Old Lyme with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    William Reynolds, 42, of 306 Gorton Ave. Ext., Old Lyme, was charged April 24 in Old Lyme with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Nicholas S. Kichton, 25, of 53 South St., Apt. 4B, Groton, was charged April 23 in Westbrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
