Danny Morales, 40, of 231 Thames St. was charged Thursday with misuse of plates, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to obey a stop sign.

Bruce K. Coleman, 52, of 48 Prest St., basement apartment, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and cultivation of marijuana.

Todd Cox, 47, of 48 Prest St., basement apartment, was charged Thursday with two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of more than one half of an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and fourth-degree larceny.

Denisse Morales, 30, of 349 Ocean Ave. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

Demarkus Thompson, 24, of 314 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and interfering with an officer.

Angela Dudley, 59, of 82 Cutler St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Groton TownBrian Trudelle, 58, of 53 Providence St., Taftville, was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Santiago B. Rivera-Rojas, 26, of 10 School St., #A, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Wayne Badger, 28, of 550 Clubhouse Road, Lebanon, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Shalonda S. Washington, 29, of Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kelly J. McGroarty, 42, of Suffield was charged Wednesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Luis Torres, 26, of 31 Blinman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates.

Paul Lute, 60, of 3 Williamsburg Drive was charged Tuesday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and disobeying an officer's signal.

Jenae Anderson, 26, of 1738 Lexington Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation and sixth-degree larceny.
