Michael T. Lowry, 48, of 82 Laurelwood Road was charged Friday with second-degree assault and breach of peace.

Roemon S. Lathern, 25, of 17 Meadow St., Mystic, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Ricardo V. Ocasio, 30, of 454 Cow Hill Road, No. 1, Mystic, was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and violation of conditions of release.

Jessica L. Monahan, 34, of 173 Route 12 was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary and two counts of conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Robert L. Drakos, 58, of 7 Chesbro Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree forgery, illegal use of a forged prescription, criminal attempt and possession of a controlled substance.

James R. Roberts, 44, of 30 Whitney Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Dorie Langlois, 48, was charged Saturday with two counts of sale of cocaine, two counts of possession of freebase cocaine and two counts of possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a housing project.

Jeffery Mcdowell, 46, of 185 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Saturday with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a 911 call and disorderly conduct.

Kenneth E. White, 30, of 265 Jefferson Ave. was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and failure to respond to an infraction.

Nathaniel Colby, 23, of 21 Avery St. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt and driving with a defective headlamp.

Dennis Rodriguez, 29, of Hartford was charged Thursday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

John D. Flynn, 24, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Thursday in Stonington with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and reckless driving.

Roy Drayton, 43, of 78 Kendall Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

Andrew Tomlinson, 20, of 290 Millstone Road was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and failure to grant right of way.

Tresean Little, 21, of Bloomfield was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and tinting windows without a sticker.

Aaron Duval, 25, of 77 Adelaide St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps illuminated.
