    Robert D. Ware, 62, of 24 Bishop Lane, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Sonnet Stevens, 21, of 37 Hamilton Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

    Joshua Sonnet Stevens, 20, of 37 Hamilton Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics.

    Anthony Sharp, 35, of 262 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Ledyard

    Elizabeth Piontkowski, 30, of 1A Naomi Road Ext., Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer and creating a public disturbance.

    Montville

    Jennifer L. Miller, 27, of 27 Grandchamp Drive, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Luis Vilca, of 260 Montauk Ave. No. 3, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry registration, and having an obstructed view.

    Dylan Bishop, 23, of 17 Maple Court, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to return a suspended license.

    Sakunda E. Morris, 28, of 10 Franklin Street, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Felipe Ramirez, 32, of 89 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling too fast.

    Sean Clistofori, 41, of Moosup, was charged Tuesday with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    Adam Banks, 18, of Westerly, was charged Wednesday with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

    Sang Ha Na, 62, of Oakland Gardens, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with illegal use of a credit card.

    Jose L. Carrasquillo, 33, of Plainville, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana and failure to drive right.
