    Groton Town

    Jorge M. Hernandez-Polo, 26, of 57 Central Ave., No. 6, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Scott A. Smith, 27, of 233 Hickory Drive was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

    Jeremy D. Ward, 21, of 253 Midway Oval, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Johnathan F. Smith, 32, of 20 Kingswood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, interfering with police and failure to keep a prescription in its original container.

    Marilyn Mejias, 34, of 40 Godfrey St. was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep a prescription in its original container and sixth-degree larceny.

    Michael E. Lydle, 23, of 135 Ledgewood Road, No. 104, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Jorge Cajas, 20, of 11 Colman St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Victor Morocho-Llanos, 24, of 15 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Carlos Rodriguez, 23, of 61 Franklin St. was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault on a pregnant woman.

    Scott Kessler, 47, of no certain address was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

    Christopher Anderson Sr., 49, of 96 Green St., Apt. 2B, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Landon Johnson, 24, of 15 Hillside Drive, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, having a cracked tail lamp and failure to renew registration.

    Larry Adams, 59, of new certain address, was charged Sunday with creating a public disturbance.

    Edgar Vega, 25, of Hartford was charged Saturday in Salem with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Jessica Riera, 25, of Willimantic was charged Monday in Voluntown with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

    Girard Antonino, 42, of 57 Westridge Road, No. C4, New London, was charged Saturday with failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat, failure to carry certificate of registration or insurance and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
