    New London

    Jonathan Fitzpatrick, 20, of 172 Hawthorne Drive No. D, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Paul D. Young, 48, of 115 Blinman St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault.

    Amity R. Hierl, 35, of 15 Grand St., 2nd floor, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Anne Dodds, 36, of Jay Street, New London, was charged Wednesday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    John Burtchell, 40, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Old Lyme

    Paul A. DeGregorio, 44, of Enfield, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    Raymond Torpey, 63, of 14 Horseshoe Lane, Madison, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic-control signal and failure to drive in the established lane.

    Plainfield

    Michael W. Chauvin, 36, of 45 Judd Avenue, Danielson, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, using a cell phone while driving and not wearing a seat belt.

    Andrew Messiel, 20, of Wauregan, was charged Tuesday with illegal possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal display of plates and stickers and unnecessary noise.

    Dwight G. Petersen, 54, of Vernon, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree harassment.

    Nicholas Summers, 22, of 31 Dogwood Drive, Lisbon, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to maintain insurance.

    State police - Westbrook

    Jonathan Russell, 20, of Waterbury, was charged Sunday in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Roxanne Lopez, 21, of 8 Coit St., 2nd floor, New London, was charged Saturday in Madison with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry proper insurance.

    Susan Caulfield, 38, of 310R Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged last Thursday in Essex with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Hester Sutton, 25, of 41 Brockway Ferry Road, Lyme, was charged last Thursday in Essex with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Lawrence Perry, 19, of Plantsville, was charged last Thursday in Old Saybrook with reckless driving.

    George Proto, 44, of 13 Queen Eleanor Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged last Wednesday in Durham with injury or risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

    Brett H. Miller, 40, of 15 Sunset Terrace, Apt. 3, Essex, was charged last Tuesday in Old Saybrook with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Stonington

    Alphonse S. Marotta, 75, of Hartford, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree forgery.

    Neil A. Cochran, 24, of 419 Colonel Ledyard Highway,

    Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and unreasonable speed.

    Norman R. Riley Jr., 45, of 41 Pawcatuck Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Taz A. Benoit, 18, of 13 Morgan St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Lynne Rufo, 53, of 100 Lyme St., Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.
