    Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Police

    Barbara Watson, 54, of Westerly was charged July 24 with evading responsibility.

    Kymaal J. St. Laurent-Caldwell, 18, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged July 24 with wagering in a gaming facility as a minor.

    Cameron T. Hough, 22, of New Haven was charged July 23 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jarlika D. Evans, 22, of Meriden was charged July 23 with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jun Li, 40, of Flushing, N.Y., was charged July 22 with being a fugitive from justice.

    Ezekiel Shepard Jr., 39, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged July 22 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Anthony Marsh, 23, of Springfield, Mass., was charged July 16 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Austin O'Brien, 42, of Bourne, Mass., was charged July 10 with breach of peace, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Kathleen O'Brien, 41, of Bourne, Mass., was charged July 10 with third-degree assault.

    Mohegan Tribal Police

    William R. Scott, 50, of Melrose, Mass., was charged Sunday with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault.

    Noah Booker, 29, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, violation of probation and risk of injury to a minor.

    Alicia Sapere, 31, of 49 Willetts Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Norwich

    Daryl Alves, 30, of 10 Gregory Road, Apt. E, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and unlawful restraint.

    Dennis Borders, 50, of 160 Hansen Road was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    James Warren, 61, of 89 Asylum St. was charged Tuesday with carrying a dangerous weapon, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    State Police — Colchester

    Jasara Hall, 36, of 248 Main St., Baltic, was charged July 28 in Franklin with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane highway and risk of injury to a child.

    Erik Martin, 26, of 21 Burnham Road, Lebanon, was charged July 27 in Lebanon with violation of probation.

    James Lacroix, 49, of 175 Hawthorne Drive, No. 24J, New London, was charged in Hebron with two counts of violation of a protective order.

    State Police — Montville

    Pedro Avila, 42, of 381 Route 2, Preston, was charged Monday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failing to register certain motor vehicles garaged or operated in Connecticut.

    Mark Felner, 27, of 12 Foxcroft Road, Niantic, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jerry Phelps, 31, of 114 Woodland Drive, Apt. A, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Anthony Felner, 29, of 12 Foxcroft Road, Niantic, was charged July 27 in East Lyme with reckless burning and breach of peace.

    Mark Felner, 27, of 12 Foxcroft Road, Niantic, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with reckless burning and breach of peace.

    Stonington

    Michael P. Ryan, 65, of 20 Hancox St. was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
